These terms apply to web and email hosting services supplied by KVR Technology.
Effective 23 February 2026.
KVR Technology agrees to supply hosted electronic web and email services, as specified in the Customer's active plan.
Target uptime is 99.9% annually, excluding scheduled maintenance.
Customer must comply with the Australian Spam Act 2003. No unsolicited bulk commercial email (spam) is permitted.
Mailboxes sending more than 300 external messages per hour, or triggering blocklist (RBL) events, may be rate-limited or suspended without prior notice.
Attachment limits apply (default: 25 MB inbound/outbound per message unless tier-upgraded).
Customer data resides in a designated South Australian data centre.
KVR Technology handles personal data in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
Customer warrants they have all necessary consents to collect, store and process end-user personal data via the email service.
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
For major failures, you are entitled to cancel your service contract and to a refund for the unused portion, or compensation for its reduced value.
To the extent permitted by law, KVR Technology's total liability for service outages or data loss is capped at the fees paid by the Customer in the 3 months preceding the claim.
KVR Technology maintains rolling backups (e.g. 14-day snapshots) for disaster recovery of the server environment. Individual IMAP mailbox item restoration beyond standard platform recycle bins is billed hourly.
Upon contract termination, web and email data is purged after 30 days.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of South Australia.
